1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser so that it can recognise you on your next visit or remember a choice you made. The same rules apply to similar technologies, such as browser local storage or tracking pixels. The law requires us to tell you what we use and, for anything that is not strictly necessary for the site to work, to ask for your consent first.
2. What fepra.ro uses
The site sets no cookies of its own. There are no user accounts, no shopping basket and we save no preferences. The cookies that may appear come from the services we use for hosting and for forms, and they fall into two groups.
Strictly necessary
Without these the site or the forms would not work correctly or securely. They do not require your consent.

Statistics and tracking, only with your consent
With your consent, given through the banner shown on your first visit, we use two statistics services: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which counts visits and pages read, and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.), which shows, as heatmaps and anonymised session recordings, how pages are scrolled and what is clicked. Both may also process data outside the European Union, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Text typed into forms is not recorded by Clarity. Also with your consent, the HubSpot forms may set cookies that link your visits to the request you send. Without consent no statistics script is loaded, and the forms work just the same, only we do not link your visit to the message sent.

Advertising
We use no advertising cookies and have no pixels from social networks or advertising platforms. If we introduce such tools, we will ask for your consent first, through a banner, and update this page.
3. Third-party services that use no cookies but receive technical data
- The location maps on the homepage and on the contact page are loaded from OpenStreetMap. When the map is displayed, your browser sends your IP address to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which has its own privacy policy.
- The HubSpot forms send the data you fill in to HubSpot, in data centres in the European Union. How we process that data is described in the privacy policy.
- The reporting platform (the "Reporting" button in the menu) is a separate application, with its own terms and its own cookie policy.
4. How you control cookies
- Your consent. Statistics cookies are set only after you press “I agree” in the banner on your first visit; “Continue without statistics” declines them, and “Change settings” lets you choose by category (statistics, HubSpot forms). The choice is remembered for 12 months, in your browser. You can change it at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent deletes the statistics cookies and does not affect what happened before.
- Browser settings. You can delete existing cookies and block new ones from your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. If you block all cookies the site remains usable; the forms may ask you to reload the page.
- The “Global Privacy Control” signal sent by your browser is respected: with it on, the banner does not appear and statistics stay off. HubSpot also honours the “Do Not Track” signal.
5. Legal basis
The use of cookies is governed by Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, which transposes Directive 2002/58/EC, and by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), to the extent that cookies contain personal data. The supervisory authority is the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest, dataprotection.ro.
